We’ve made order placing procedure easy for our customers. You only need to follow these 4 simple steps-
Step 1 : Selection of the product
1. Select the size, type or quantity (if necessary)
2. Add the product you wish to buy in your shopping cart
Step 2 : Checkout when item selection is completed
1. Click on the CART button to review the product(s) selected
2. Click on “CONTINUE TO PAY” if the products in the cart are as per your selection otherwise click “CONTINUE SHOPPING”
3. If you have a kraftsdecor coupon or Promocode, apply before clicking on “CONTINUE TO PAY”
Step 3 : Login/Sign Up your kraftsdecor account
A pop up window will appear if you are not logged in
1. Choose Login if you already have an account.
2. Choose to Sign Up if you want to make an account
Follow these simple steps to track your order-
1. Login to your account and click on MY ORDERS
2. In “ORDERS” you will be able to get an overview of your order history and their status & “TRACK” your order under their respective order ID
4. If the status is any other than shipped, “Raise Ticket” & notify us your concern. Our team will get back to you within 24-48 working hours.
However, we understand your concern & we’ll make sure to update you on every step from order confirmation to delivery
Refunds request are first validated and then only they are processed.
Kraftsdecor requests are intimated only during 10 day of the receipt of the order.
Coupons can be used while checking out on the website.
You can add your Coupon Code and avail the discount.
At our stores, you can pay for your order with cash, cards from major banks, PayTM and via NEFT bank transfer.
Cancellations can be made before the product is dispatched. You can make a cancellation on the website or by emailing us on sales@kraftsdecor.com.
